We are always looking to acquire land for residential, student and commercial development, and will consider sites with or without planning consent. 

Our flexible approach to land acquisition has allowed us to work alongside other developers on a joint venture arrangement and to enter into option agreements with landowners where we take on the risk (planning fees / costs) in order to maximise the overall returns.
