St. Clements Church Hall, Worcester

Alongside our JV partners, Rengen Developments, we have secured planning permission for a 54 bed PBSA scheme in St Johns, Worcester. Councillors voted in favour of our proposals to demolish the existing St Clements Church Hall and erect a four-storey, 54 bed, student accommodation building. The former parish hall is dilapidated and falling down in parts and in recent years has been a hotspot for anti-social behaviour.
